The Michigan School of Psychology (MSP), an independent not-for-profit graduate school, provides an educational climate which inspires students to live up to their potential, professionally and personally. The Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology is offered with both day and evening courses, with full and part-time enrollment options. The Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology degree is a full-time, minimum four-year, post-master’s program. Our Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis can be completed concurrently with the MA program or separately to applicants who have already earned a master’s in psychology, social work, or education. Our programs (including our fully APA-Accredited PsyD program) offer rigorous study of human science psychology that includes existential, phenomenological, depth psychology, liberation and critical psychology, as well as radical feminist, queer, intersectional and post-structuralist theories. Existential-Humanistic Institute (EHI), offers trainings, workshops and education in Existential-Humanistic approaches to psychotherapy. Formed in 1997 in the San Francisco Bay Area, EHI continues to offer experiential training retreats, certificate programs, workshops, consultation groups, theory courses and community gatherings online and in person with the goal of supporting existentially and humanistically informed psychologies and psychotherapies: approaches that focus on and nurture subjective experiential reflection on the deepest joys and predicaments of being human - and how to embrace those joys and confront those predicaments in life-enhancing and healing ways.


The Corps of Depth Healers is a movement dedicated to promoting "emotionally restorative relationships" to redress the emotionally impoverished relationships that are prompting deep psychosocial unrest. Emotionally restorative relationships are those that help people feel heard and seen and that gets at the roots of their problems. Members of the Corps are dedicated to applying depth principles of healing to social crises and division.
